Michael Hennessey

With more than 20 years experience in the Southern California real estate industry, Michael has successfully worked in the public and private real estate, housing and development industries for California redevelopment agencies, as well as commercial and residential development companies.

As principal of Hennessey Group, a real estate development, consulting, management and investment firm that develops and owns a portfolio of commercial real estate with national brand tenants, Michael provides real estate expertise and consultation to public agencies and private companies across Southern California.

Mr. Hennessey also is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and has served as an expert panelist and presenter at the Urban Land Institute.
